Give NeuroHealth, Inc. provides financial contributions and human resources support to partner organizations to allow those organizations the opportunity to provide their products or services at a reduced cost to the community. It is our goal to help those in need by improving access to care.

Total HealthWorks
Provides life-changing fitness programs for People with Parkinson's, Dementia, MS and Adults 50+. Through the support of Give NeuroHealth, Total HealthWorks is able to provide equipment and group exercises classes to the community at no charge, and foster the expansion of a national presence through online classes and virtual programs.
Active Therapy Systems
Provides virtual physical therapy and remote patient monitoring for people with neurological disorders. The support provided will reduce the cost of the necessary equipment and devices that each individual receives in order to participate in personalized therapies from the comfort of their own home, making access to therapy available anytime.

Your donation will be used to support the work of our partner organizations. Give NeuroHealth, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible. Following donation, a receipt will be sent via email.
